Hill End Bathurst Road
This artwork was created after a self-imposed residency in Hill End in December 2022. Painting 'En Plain Air " invites a whole new experience of a location, one that lingers in the memories in the studio long after the experience has passed. I spent most of my time painting on the ground and looking up at the hills that surrounded me. The grandeur is always a focus and the love I feel for the land.
